• . L-1 Liners are made from materials with surface resistivity on a less than or equal to 1,0 × 107 Ω,
• L-2 Liners  are made from materials with surface resistivity on a surface between 1,0 × 109 Ω and 1,0 × 101 2Ω
• L-3 Liners are made from materials with surface resistivity of greater than 1,0 × 101 2Ω,
